Hate burpees? Do tuck jumps hurt your joints?
Low impact cardio offers high intensity, but low impact moves to get your heart rate sky high without pounding your body. The moves are strong and athletic but easy on the joints. There’s little to no jumping, burpees or tuck jumps. Surge Fit Cardio Low tracks are placed right after the warmup, to ease you into your workout, but may also be used throughout a Surge Fit playlist. This Cardio Low option gives instructors so much freedom to cater the class to participants needs and wants.
